You can use your generated brand in your product, website, and business.
You own what you create. We don't claim ownership over your brand.
All purchases are final. If something breaks or doesn't work as expected, email us — we'll fix it.
"Unlimited Generations" means generous usage for real brand work. It does not cover automated scraping, bot-driven bulk generation, or reselling raw outputs as a competing service. Abuse may result in account suspension.
We try to generate unique designs, but we can't guarantee exclusivity. If you plan to trademark your brand, you should run a proper check.
We work hard to keep Glyph fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We're a small team building something ambitious — occasional maintenance windows happen. We'll always communicate planned downtime via our X account.
Glyph is not liable for damages arising from the use of generated assets, including but not limited to trademark disputes, business losses, or design decisions made based on our outputs. You use the tool at your own discretion.
We may update these terms as Glyph evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
