Glyph is a digital AI software and generation service. Because you receive immediate access to AI generation, brand outputs, downloads, exports, and premium features, all payments are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Glyph ("Glyph", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered brand identity generator. When you purchase a plan or unlock a brand, you immediately receive access to digital tools, AI generation infrastructure, generated outputs, downloadable assets, and/or subscription features. Because the value is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
We do not provide refunds for, including but not limited to:
By purchasing a Glyph plan or starting a generation, you expressly agree that Glyph may begin providing the digital service immediately. You acknowledge and consent that once digital access, AI generation, downloads, exports, or service performance begins, any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right is lost to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Where Glyph offers a subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@glyph.software.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not create a refund for the current billing period, any past charges, or any outputs already generated. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
AI generation may occasionally fail due to technical issues, model limitations, input problems, content restrictions, connectivity issues, or third-party infrastructure errors. At our sole discretion, we may provide a regeneration attempt or replacement access for genuine technical failures. Any such remedy is a service-level accommodation, not a cash refund, and does not create a general refund right.

Any discretionary refund, credit, waiver, or adjustment is a one-time accommodation and does not create a general refund right or any future obligation.
If you initiate an improper chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital access, generated outputs, or services, we may, to the extent permitted by law: suspend or terminate your account, revoke access, cancel active subscriptions, block future purchases, recover chargeback fees and related losses, and provide transaction evidence to the payment processor.
